The textbook for this class is Essentials of Meteorology (5th Edition) by C. Donald Ahrens. While the entire text is a useful tool, it is rather expensive. To help with this, you will only be required to read portions of chapters 2, 4, 5, and 6. You can download these chapters individually as an eBook (for only $7 each) by Clicking Here. A copy of the textbook will also be on reserve in the library by week 3. You can use either the 4th or 5th editions.
